The Ramada is located on the Northern shores of Seneca Lake, and is next door to the show site. The Seneca Lake Trail, which begins at the east end of our show site, extends along the front of the Ramada property and continues on to the Geneva City Pier, adding another 1/2 mile to complete a 3 mile walking trail.
The hotel has six stories with inside corridors. It has an indoor cool down pool, exercise room, guest laundry, complimentary high-speed internet service, conference & banquet facilities, and safe deposit boxes.
The Pier House Restaurant and Grapevine Lounge serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Patio dining is available, weather permitting.
We have acquired a special rate for our exhibitors. ALL ROOMS ARE $99.00 PER NIGHT. (Their regular rates, begin at $149.00) There is a ONE time room cleaning fee of $50.00. When making reservations, please inform them, you are with the Irish Wolfhound Club of America, to receive this special rate.
All guestrooms will be held until April 15, 2011. After that date, these rooms, in this block will be released for general sale. The Ramada will continue to accept reservations after this date on a space-available basis, at current available rates.
Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.

We have secured a block of rooms at the Inn on the Lake. This property is located 15-20 minutes from the show site. If you are looking for first floor rooms, larger rooms and a great walking area, this location may be desirable to you.
This block of room is for Sunday May 15, 2011 - Wednesday May 18, 2011. Another company has blocked the Thursday May 19th date, but they historically do not use them. Their rooms are being held until April 15, 2011 and the manager tells me that adding them on to your reservation, should not be a problem.
IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to call the hotel on April 16, 2011 to add the extra night. Or you may try, periodically, to see if it has become available.
Please say you are with the Irish Wolfhound Club of America when placing your reservation to receive this special rate. Our rate for a standard room is $129.00.
There is a one time "Pet Cleaning" fee of $50.00. Suites are available for a special rate of $159.00. This block of rooms will be held until April 15, 2011. Please note that the normal off season rate is $159.00 plus a $25.00 per pet, per day fee. So please make your reservations soon.

This motel is located 2 miles from the Ramada headquarters. This is a new establishment, which opened February, 2010. The property has a large grassy area to walk dogs.
The motel has 67 rooms with 17 available on the first floor. All rooms have a mini-fridge & coffee maker. Other amenities include an expanded complimentary breakfast, business center, fitness room, guest laundry, complimentary 24 hour coffee & tea, & free high-speed wired and wireless internet.
The rates for this motel are $54.00 for one queen bed and $64.00 for 2 queen beds. There is a $15.00 PER DAY, pet fee (NOT PER DOG). To receive this special rate, when making reservations, please let them know you are with the Irish Wolfhound Club.
Suites are available that include a large dining & living area with a sleeper sofa. Check with the motel on the upgraded room rates.

** Note: we ALSO have a 1 night block of rooms for Saturday May 14th, 2011 that is reserved for the board members coming in for a meeting. That block is only for one night.

Parking is permitted at the Ramada, at no cost. Hook ups are NOT AVAILABLE.
The Seneca Lake State Park, does not have a camping facility, but they are allowing us, 12 RV units to camp. There are no hook ups available, so you must be self contained. The cost will be $15.00 per night.
