The major highway to Geneva is the New York State Thruway (I-90), take Exit 42, turn right onto Route 14 south, 6 miles. Another major route is route 81 from the South.

Airports include Hancock International Airport in Syracuse, and Rochester International Airport. Both are about an hour from Geneva. The Buffalo International Airport is about 1.5 hours away.
